This Fund supports long-term capital appreciation. The gains you accrued will be reinvested in the Fund for even more growth.

0.5% of the value of any VM Wealth Capital Growth Fund shares redeemed within six (6) months of the date of the issue of the shares.
Any Business Day on which a Redemption Request is processed.
Class B Redeemable Shares, non-voting redeemable Shares without nominal or par value in the capital of the Company.
This Fund does not pay dividends.

Gain a high income while you preserve your capital, and receive dividends up to twice yearly.

1% of the value of Fund shares redeemed within (six) 6 months of the date of the issue of the said Shares.
*There shall be no Redemption Fee at any time after six (6) months from the date of the issue of the said Shares.

Class A Redeemable Shares, non-voting redeemable Shares without nominal or par value in the capital of the Company.
Fund will pay a dividend to Shareholders on record as at the dividend declaration date. The payment date shall be set by the Investment Manager and shall not exceed thirty (30) business days after the record date.

Class D Redeemable Shares, non-voting redeemable Shares without nominal or par value in the capital of the Company.

You only need two (2) forms of valid ID (such as Passport or National ID Card), and proof of residential address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement) to Get Started.
Invest a Lump Sum Amount
An investment in any Individual Fund may be made online through your commercial bank of choice sent to the VM Wealth Funds, using our banking details provided.
Set up a Monthly Standing Order
Invest at least BDS $100.00 monthly by setting up a standing order to automatically transfer funds from your personal bank account to the Individual Fund.
Monthly Direct Deposits
Instruct your employer to deduct at least BDS $100.00 each month from your salary and have the proceeds credited to the account of the relevant VM Wealth Funds.
